I submitted four sales forms and watched what happens

The fastest got me on a call in about 28 hours. One still hadn't replied a week later.

Reading time: about 1 minute

Do you actually know how well your sales process compares with your competitors? Like actually know?

My previous post was about looking at 15k+ B2B websites and figuring out how sales journeys start in 2026. This time I actually submitted some forms.

I ran mystery shopping on a B2B company and three of its competitors - meaning I submitted all their sales forms and then watched what happened next. Who's talking to me first? Here are the results:

Not bad, but not great. And this is the best case scenario - I'm monitoring my inbox and acting on e-mails the moment they arrive. Most buyers do not work like this - and according to 6sense's buyer research, 77% of buyers end up buying from the first vendor they talk to.

How to get an unfair advantage: an agent offers to book a call with sales immediately after a sales form is submitted on the website - it uses the form fields to run rapid background research - and then runs a brief conversation to make sure there's a fit both ways.

The impact? You get to the (right) customers first - and they've already explained their specific pain point, timeline and decision process to the agent. The first sales call - great momentum. Your competition? Hasn't even responded yet.

Ok, but do leads actually want to spend time chatting with an AI? You know, I was a little sceptical too, but our pilots have proven this beyond doubt. Turns out customers are super happy to talk about their problems - they just want them solved - and really appreciate an agent quickly figuring out if a sales call is worth their time.

Try the agent below and if we're a fit - it will book the call.
